Refund/Return Policy
Return
The Company will neither accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of the product unless:
- If you have received products that are damaged or tampered with in transit. In this case, you must contact us within 06 hours on info@vedaglobal.biz along with images/ Video of the damaged product. Our team will review the product and will investigate the same on our end.
- If, based on examination, if the product is badly damaged, we will arrange a reverse pick up/request you to return the product to us, and we will arrange a replacement with a new product.
- Please keep the item in its original condition with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be possible provided an order has not been shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
